DUES PAYMENT OPTIONS We offer several payment options for paying Lodge dues. Please carefully review the following methods.   Get caught up on your dues and affiliation fees.       If you have been notified by the Secretary that you are currently       in arrears, please use this option and pay the amount       requested by the Secretary by the date requested. $100.00 USD   Pay your 2008 dues, $100.00 USD.   $100.00 USD per annum Set up a recurring annual payment for dues using PayPal or a credit card, $100.00 USD per annum.   LIFE MEMBERSHIP Purchase a Life Membership.
